TDG’s Mentoring Program

With the introduction of Traffic Diversions Group’s Training & Compliance Officer (TCO) role, we are pleased to announce the commencement of our new Mentoring Program.

Our TCO’s are allocated trainee team leaders to mentor and provide targeted training, support and guidance during their training period. As part of the training program, TDG has created dedicated training days, which are conducted on a live road, where the focus is on team work, communication, worksite awareness, efficiency and precision.

The investment from TDG to develop our traffic controllers has already produced some excellent results, including three of our current trainee team leaders; Troy Carman, Stefani Jankovski & Tegan Careir-Wilson, who were all selected for the program based on their positive attitudes, willingness to learn and their commitment to safety.
