Better relationships build better projects

At TDG we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our customers and all our people are taught that the foundation of those relationships has to be the quality of traffic management they provide each and every client.

Ample evidence of that commitment to quality was provided recently in an email we received from our client Zinfra praising the work of our team on Newberry Avenue in Edithvale.

Zinfra inspected the site and congratulated TDG’s crew, led by one of our up and coming team leaders Aaron Clayton, for the quality of their set-up and for being prepared in advance of the works start time.

“The area was completely secure for our crews and TCs were positioned ready to go,” Zinfra explained in the commendation email. Special praise was reserved for Aaron for his “fantastic attitude towards the work."

“(Aaron) was directing the team in an encouraging manner and running through the works so all TCs knew which poles were to be worked on and the expectations for when the crews were to arrive on site,” the email read. “We appreciate this effort greatly, please thank Aaron and the team.”

Well done from all at TDG, Aaron! You’re one of the reasons our Utilities and Civil portfolio is growing so rapidly!
