We're excited to announce that we've recently implemented a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) called LifeWorks.

This program is fully subsidised by TDG and is designed to help employees and their immediate family members solve a wide range of personal and professional problems and challenges.

Through LifeWorks EAP, TDG employees have access to a variety of support services including financial and legal advice, telephone and face-to-face counselling, and a comprehensive wellbeing platform with self-help tools and resources.

LifeWorks EAP is just one example of our dedication to supporting our employees, creating a positive work environment and improving the overall health and wellbeing of our organisation.
